We’re pleased to announce a strategic alliance with Innovative Spa Management (ISM), a collaboration that expands our service offerings and strengthens our ability to:

• • Provide resort spas with a tactical, consultative service plan emphasizing
    creative spa design
• • Guide process development and solutions
• • Develop pre-opening strategies
• • Help re-branding and marketing

As part of our new relationship, we also help develop and improve spa treatment menus, manage training and provide ongoing support. In partnership with ISM, we at LMP International work closely with resort spas to reposition or re-purpose their facilities at all levels, from conception to launch.
