Tiffani Johansen has more than 12 years experience in public relations and marketing. Throughout her career, she has worked with some of Chicagoland's most highly respected and prestigious four- and five-diamond hotels and resorts.

Johansen combines a wealth of creativity and technological know-how to increase a company's exposure and improve its opportunity for success. Educated in Europe at the prestigious Cesar Ritz in Switzerland, Tiffani's strong understanding of the hospitality industry provides her the ability to create and implement public relations and marketing programs that create awareness and drive sales.
